How the page organizer works

Sadevz Reorder PDF Pages builds a new PDF that exactly matches the thumbnail order, deletions, duplicates and rotations you set up on screen — directly inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

1

Upload your PDF

Drag and drop or browse for a PDF. Every page renders as a thumbnail you can work with directly.

2

Organize visually

Drag pages into place, delete, duplicate or rotate them. Changes appear instantly.

3

Save your PDF

Download a new PDF that matches exactly what you see on screen, top to bottom.

Privacy note: your file is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to Sadevz.

Common uses

Fixing scan order

Scanners sometimes produce pages out of order. Drag them back into the correct sequence in seconds.

Removing blank or unwanted pages

Delete blank scans, cover sheets, or ads directly from the visual grid before saving.

Building a custom handout

Reorder and duplicate slides or pages to assemble a custom version of a document for a specific audience.

Cleaning up before sharing

Straighten sideways pages and put everything in a sensible order before sending a document out.

Frequently asked questions

Does the downloaded PDF match what I see on screen?

Yes, exactly. The order, rotations, deletions and duplicates you see in the thumbnail grid are exactly what's written to the downloaded PDF.

Can I reorder pages without dragging?

Yes. Every page has left/right move arrows as an alternative to dragging, and the toolbar can move a selection to the very start or end.

Can I remove pages I don't want?

Yes. Click the delete icon on a page to remove it, or select multiple pages and delete them together.

Can I duplicate a page?

Yes. Click the duplicate icon on any page thumbnail to insert a copy of it right after the original, including its current rotation.

Can I undo my changes?

Yes. Restore Original Order resets the page list back to exactly how the file was when you uploaded it, undoing reordering, deletions, duplicates and rotations.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Every change happens locally in your browser. Your file is never uploaded to Sadevz or anywhere else.

Can I reorganize a password-protected PDF?

Not directly. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs can't be read by the in-browser engine. Remove the password from the file first, then reorganize it normally.
